I saved a lot ordering it on line. If you do, don't be in a hurry. They told me three weeks....it took three weeks. Very good customer service. The fridge is working great. I had to remove the doors to get it inside. Great instructions, easy to do. Bottom drawer was a little more difficult to get back in. Family loves large inside. Great inside lights. Does not make tons of ice, but enough for a family, not enough for a party. Enough freezer shelves makes it easy to find everything. Quiet when compressor turns on. When I was searching for a new refrigerator, my wife and I went to local stores to find which refrigerator suited our needs. My wife fell in love with this LG 30.5 cubic foot refrigerator. She likes the drawers and how they are positioned. Plenty of room. The freezer compartment is also huge. Lighting is bright, and the water filter and air filter also added to the selling point. The ice maker inside the door is stylish. The door within a door caught my eye, and I like the concept. It is very quiet and the temperature settings on the door are also nice and rather stylish. I have bought a lot from Amazon, but I must admit I was a little nervous ordering a refrigerator online. Because of the success I have had with Amazon, I took the chance, and I am glad I did. From the order date to delivery was less than two weeks. The people who delivered the unit were very professional. They took it off the truck, unboxed outside the front door. We both inspected it, then he took off the door handles and brought it inside. They put it where we wanted it, installed the door handles, hooked it up. I SAVED over $1600 buying it through Amazon. As others have mentioned, there are VERY few options for a 33 inch wide fully featured French Door Refrigerator. That being said, this was by far the best of the bunch. The GE Profile was much smaller and the Samsung has the ice and water apparatus on the left taking up an entire shelf. The design is actually intuitive. The LED lighting in the main compartment is excellent. The stainless steel facade is nicely finished and the handles and water/ ice dispenser paddles are METAL not plastic. The door bins are a little on the cheap side for a 2000+ unit but I see this on MOST of the brands. I have only had this unit for a few weeks but after it settled in, the cooling and freezing are very even and stable. The fridge is very quiet. The water dispenser does take getting used to as it is very anterior (forward) in that area and takes a bit getting used to BUT this LG has a very TALL area for filling pitchers and tall water bottles. The functions on the front are very useful as well. There is even an area on the top right hinge that will communicate with your smartphone for diagnostics should it be necessary. All I need now is for this baby to be as reliable as the top freezer Whirlpool that I just sold still working flawlessly after 16 years...only time will tell. - Customer Reviews

I bought this to replace our side-by-side Kitchen Aid fridge, which I wasn't too impressed with. While we tried hard to blow out our wall behind the fridge so we could have a normal sized one and not a counter-depth, it just didn't happen. So, we bought this one after A LOT of research. It's been a few months and I'm very happy. Pros: I can see everything clearly in the fridge (eye-level). I don't waste as much food because it's not nearly as deep and abyss-like as my old side-by-side fridge. Thus, I use everything up. I like the ice maker in the door.
